S. 2253 A bill to require the Secretary of the Interior to offer the 181 Area of the Gulf of Mexico for oil and gas leasing. This bill was ordered to be reported without amendment favorably. Not sure what that means. This building will be up for the Third reading on the Senate Floor. If no amendments are added it will go for a floor vote.
