Oh, YEAH!

Good Morning & Happy Friday.

The Kool-aid man is breaking down the wall today.

Today is Friday 09/27/V3.4 & I’m hitting the ground.

Okay that is a Keith Urban song, but it works for today.

I don’t know how to start this entry, cause last night was awesome. I’m also in temporary possession of balloons.

They will be shared/given to the fantastic Maggie for her to keep. Better than flowers?

The word of the day is indubitable which is a thing that cannot be doubted; patently evident or certain; unquestionable.

Going a little different with the ‘first’ one. Although this is our date before our previously scheduled date. That’s how we are going to do things.

After our date, I’ll go home and take a nap. Cause I’m going to Oktoberfest tonight. Brad, Jim, & others will be there. You can also come to The Crescent Moon Alehouse. It is the biggest party. I’ll have this shirt on.

Last nights Taco Ride was great. Meet new people, saw the stars.

No Where Else to Go

Good Morning & Happy Sunday,

I’d leave this towne, but I got no where else to go.

Today is Sunday 06/16/V3.4 & it is Day II of the work week.

The song is Gary Clark, Jr. – When My Train Pulls in. I’m not leaving Omaha*, you’re going to have to take me away kicking and screaming. My name is Vernon J & I LOVE living in this towne.

IF there was any doubt about this (which there wasn’t) on Friday night it was renewed. As I was riding home in what was just a normal Friday rain storm, someone offered me a ride home. I refused the ride cause I didn’t need it. BUT those are good times and just one of the reason I love calling this place home. I’m sure all the visitors & residents of Omaha have experience the greatness that is in this city.

Well we are breaking for breakfast, it’s 04.55. We’ll be back.

So it is 05.15 & since I’ve left you. I made a decision to iron my shirt, I’m not sure why. It isn’t like I’m planning on seeing anyone special. BUT dress for the best and you’ll be alright.

If you follow me on instagram & twitter you’ll notice that I got a new flask. Okay who really wants to get an old flask?

The word of the day is mishpocha which is a family network comprising relatives by blood and marriage and sometimes including close friends. I’m glad this includes close friends, otherwise my mishpocha wouldn’t be that big and I’d want NO part of it.

Eating for Two

Good Morning & Happy Monday

I’m eating for two (more after the cut)

Today is Monday 01/14/V3.3 & we are just 30 days away from Valentine’s Day.

Did you make your reservations yet? I did.

I love the smell of a piping hot waffle, what did you have for breakfast this morning?

I’m looking forward to this week, let’s do a rundown. Work, Work, Double-Work, Work, Work, Mindi’s Birthday Party, Work.

I have to get up and go to the ‘lady with the nurses degree that wants a piece of me’. It will be my 3rd trip to the doctor’s office in as many weeks. They screwed up when they took my B12 sample on Friday. YES this are professionals that I’m dealing with.

Well I’m already up, I just have to you know. Get dressed, brush my teeth, and make like a tree and leave.

Well I best be getting to it.

I wore my undershirt on inside out today. YES you could see it, cause I had the top button undone. I was giving a free show, how did that happen?

It is just a little rain.

I did feel better after I had dinner at work, I made it though till 23.00.

Apparently you shouldn’t be drinking from a hose. Don’t Drink the Water: Study Warns Drinking from Garden Hose & other lies you read on the internet.

Comes Along

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday.

So yesterday on my calendar this little reminder came on my calendar that 05/29 is my wedding day. Well I went ahead and moved that to MMXIII, I can officially call it at this point. Seeing how I want to get married at sunrise & the sun has already risen. It is on a Wednesday next week, just an fyi.

Today is Tuesday 05/29/V3.2 & it has come along.

I don’t have much this morning, I’ve been up 44 mins so far. I’ve done my adl’s, ironed, currently eating breakfast. Watched an amazing video (you can watch it to)

Get your tissue ready, cause it is going to be a big day. It made me tear up a little bit, but that’s okay. Cause I’m just a sap at heart.

I think I’ve got this getting ready thing under 60 mins, well I could but I’m blogging right now. I just have to put on clothes, do my hair & I’ll be presentable to you.

The word of the day is varlet which is a knavish person; rascal.

Well as of today my blog will be EVERYONE CAN READ, so if you see a slowdown in your accessibility that is why. I had it on lockdown when I was running for State Senate, it has been II weeks since that venture is over.

Today I make Spinach Dip for my co-workers, I have to stop at The Salvation Army, I also have to stop at Cox Communications Store. Vernon J has to make some cuts & that is the 1st one that I am doing.

I guess I did have to say something after all.

P.S. My Birthday is 13 days, 13 hours away.

Breakfast & Laundry

Good Morning.

Those are the two things on my mind this morning. I need to go to the G-Store& get (at the minimum) breakfast, more if required. I also did laundry, we have also moved laundry to Monday as I have that day off now.

Today is Monday 03/18/V3.2/

Well I did go to the store & get the minimum items necessary to survive though today. YEAH!!!

If someone wants to hang up my laundry, let me know. YOU can do it after work, I’ll have my neighbor let you in. give me a call for all the details. I’d appreciate it, I would probably give you a hug if you did it. P.S. my bed needs to be made too.

The weekend was a success I’d say, proud to have taken part in it.

All the choices

Good Morning & Happy Thursday,

All the choices we make in this world & how did you come to your most recent choice. Good,Bad, or Indifferent. Do you know, I’m asking. I sometimes can’t answer that question most time. Because I want to is a good answer; but not always the best. WE are entitled to any choice, I make generally good choices.

Today is Thursday 12/29/V3.2 & we have 3 days left.

Well I’m currently coming to you live from the laundry mat, which is a good thing. So I can be So Fresh. The clothes I’m washing aren’t the clothes I’m wearing today, as I’m already dressed. As I told an unnamed lady, of course I’m dressing up. I got clothes on don’t I? She didn’t think that was as funny, as I did. Just so you know, the correct response is it was funny.

I had a good day yesterday, what happened personally? (thinking). I had a few good conversations, & realized that everyone(okay 3 people, unnamed lady II, unnamed lady, & unnamed gentleman.) don’t know what Sunday, Sunday, Sunday relates to. They all grew up in Nebraska(to the best of my knowledge, I don’t know about unnamed lady II), so that could be the reason why. I had a really good Skippy Peanut Butter & Jelly Sammich with grapes. Which according to unnamed lady III thought they looked like eyeballs.

When I got home I had a good conversation {over twitter} with unnamed lady IV. I also had I/II phone conversations with unnamed lady V. ~~Nope and none of the ladies II though V are a special lady friend~~. Lady I isn’t a special lady friend either, BUT. I’m not protecting their identities because they asked me too, I’m doing it because it is cool. I know that unnamed gentleman reads The Official Blog of Vernon J. Nothing to hide, they would be proud to see this.
