What is this?

Okay, so if you don’t know I graduate in December from University of Nebraska Omaha.

I got my ‘official’ letter from the College of Public Affairs & Community Service. Regina, an Assistant Dean(her names on it).

Can you spot the error in this letter?

Here’s a close up of said error!

I know as homo sapiens we aren’t perfect.

But there is no way that there mail merge is set-up correctly.  They spelled my name correct in the address block, but in the salutation block its spelled incorrectly.  YES I’m an expert in mail merge I do it 5/7ths of a week, so I know how to set one up.  I could see if it was input wrong, then it would be wrong in both places.

This just isn’t right!!!

Yes I’m e-mailing her after I post this entry.

I know how to do things 1 way

So if you don’t know my life story, I’ve been flying this plane solo since age 17(March of 1997).

I had my own apartment, had a job, was in high school, & serving in the U.S. Army Reserves.

I graduated high school, and went to college.

Got a roommate in like January of 1999, my first semester of college.

I still continued my employment & this whole college thing.

I had a nervous breakdown in Summer of 2003, yes it was after a break-up & I was due to graduate in December 2003.  Whatever the reasons, it happened & now I’m Vernon J.

Who I am, & what I’ve been doing has worked since 2004.  So that’s how it is, it works for Vernon J.

If you ask me something, I’m gonna give it to you how I think.  I won’t edit myself, because if you asked You wanted to know.  Your lifestyle & opinions work for you, I don’t want to change that.  If they disagree with my choices & lifestyle then well they do, good.

If someone asks me to change or give me honest, proven truth that may way isn’t working I will take that under advisement.  Otherwise, I REALLY don’t care.

Are you a true friend

So a couple people I’ve melt, were emotionally altered by my behavior (all within an hour)

I didn’t really care that Person K was that way, but

I did care that Person M was that way.

You know you are a true friend of mines when I feel something about how you feel.

Happy FNP

Today is Friday 10/29/V3.1, the final FNP of October 2010!

Its the time of the week when I get down and party like I never do on Tuesday.  Although I’m no slouch on Tuesday’s either.

Well we get to dress up at work today so that’s going to be fun.  I’ll be posting a picture of my costume, once I get dressed, because who wants to see me wearing underwear?
