Phone Calls (NOT text message), e-mailing, letters, & in-person conversations are the real form of professionally communication.
Phone Calls – Well I pay my phone bill every month. Text messaging isn’t because not everyone uses text messaging. IF I left my phone at home I can’t check my text message, but I can check my voice mail from just about anywhere.
E-Mail – Make sure the request is timely. If the receiver hasn’t responded in a week, then you may wanna call the person.

- Name – Vernon J
- Company (if a professional e-mail account)
- Address
- Phone Number
- Fax if applicable
- Website if you aren’t sending from your domain
Letter – if you don’t know how to write a letter, I can’t help you
