I made a promise on 05/02/V3.0 to read the TOS on the next website I registered on, I have kept that promise. The website in question is JIC – Jewelry Information Center
The TOS is as follows:
I hereby agree to release any comments, posts, feedback, notes, ratings, messages, images, audio, video, materials, ideas, suggestions or other communications I submit on or through the services (collectively “User Content”) provided by JIC. By submitting such User Content on or through the Service (“Service”, defined as any website owned by JIC), I am confirming that (a) I am the sole author of the User Content and the User Content is original and not copied in whole or in part from any other work; (b) I have obtained all necessary permissions associated with the User Content, including without limitation permissions relating to copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity and/or rights of privacy; and (c) the User Content is not libelous, obscene or otherwise in violation of this Agreement.
