Nebraskans Need More Information To Drive| Nebraska is implementing a new driver’s license issuance system. The new system will improve security features and reduce fraud. Now motorist will be required to present two documents with their principal address listed,documents include utility bills, credit card bills, voter registration or insurance policies. All drivers license will come from a location, customers will no longer receive their license when they visit the DMV. The license will be mailed to your home address, a temporary 30 day license will be issued, actual license will be mailed within 5-7 business days. A 2.50 security surcharge will be added to the base cost of each driver license and state ID card to offset the cost of the security initiatives implemented. That’s just @~~ backwards. This is an okay idea, but if they have 2 pieces of id, just make them both within the last 7 days. ALSO you have this thing called ‘identity theft’, just give me my license when I go to the DMV.
