PVR-150

I got my PVR all set up and ready to record the awesomness, aka as KV TV.  I got GB-PVR, and comskip, and com clean to run those markerters into the ground.  I don’t pay $1.00 for any service ever.  Eat that Cox DVR.

fYI, this is why I have not been posting, I have been working on this since Saturday.

I know you love your TV and aren’t as computer savy as me. But you enjoy yoru TiVO

  1. Yeah, suck it, Tivo & Cox!!! 🙂

I’ve got the PVR-150 too. I’m using Snapstream’s BeyondTV though. I’m extremely happy with the interface. Next I want to get the Hauppauge MediaMVP so I can watch my recordings on the TV downstairs (my PC & PVR are upstairs).

    1. DVD Burner.

I invested in a DVD burner. If you record in the extra long dvd format. It takes like 20 mins to burn a disk. Ready to rock, ready to roll.

  2. I’ve got an HP lightscribe. What program do you use to burn? I use Nero and it takes about as long to record as it does to play the show (45 mins). 20 mins would be nice.

    1. Nero.

make sure you set your WinTV 2000 to set it to dvd extra long play. I use Gb-PVR, and comskip and com clean. AVI’s need to be converted to dvd format, and that takes about a minute to minute ratios.
