I read both of the recent newsletters from yourself, and the Nebraska Democratic Party. I need some clarification from both parties. I asked the NDP if the property tax and other fees got final city council/mayoral approval. How can you say “I’m proud to say I’ve never voted for a tax or fee increase, and under my leadership as Council President there will be no increase in taxes or fees in 2005.” I need clarity on this issue before I go to the polls and vote.
