Now Jones Justin is blaming KMTV Action 3 News*.

Really?

Now I’m not one to not critique the media when it is deserved. It is our job as people to do that.

BUT Jones is way off the mark here. The only person to blame for this behavior is Vincent himself.

There was two ways to handle this situation (p.s. read the story), he could’ve (& did) handle it the wrong way. The other way was to turn it into a baliff upon receiving it from a client. BUT maybe he will know this now.

*I consider some employees (on & off air) of KMTV friends & associates. So I’m not unbiased.

I’m not surprised by this as it is still the law of Nebraskaland & I don’t think a judge should overturn a decision made by the people of Nebraska.

The process is very complicated.

  • Gather signatures
  • Get a majority of people to vote for it

A Judge shouldn’t overturn it because he feels that way.

Good Morning & Happy Thursday!

I was making my lunch, which is made before breakfast. Those are the ground rules.

Today is the 26th day of February in my 36th year. In 1919 & 1929 2 National Parks were established. Do you know which ones they were? The answer will be revealed on twitter at some point today.

Yesterday was a good day, went to work. Got to come home & make a nice dinner & dessert.

So I’m watching Action 3 News This Morning, as that is the ONLY news worth watching. You could also go with #LiveOnFOX42, I still think that is the best hashtag ever, cause they are only live from 2100 to 2200. I haven’t watched them in years.

BUT the reason I bring it up is that the family members are saying that the police are making up the whole ‘he robbed a store thing’. FOR crying outloud, why would the police do that. On Omaha.com(use incognito) . I am lead to believe that the guy did commit the crime. He was shot because he didn’t follow the lawful orders of the officer.

Here’s hoping justice will prevail for all involved.

So I am now a shift leader at Dunkin’

Good Afternoon & Happy Wednesday!

There has also been changes at First Data. I’ve moved from the Pentagon Federal Credit Union Credit team to the debit team. Nothing changes at the macro level. Still Monday – Friday, Flex Scheduling.

Dunkin’ Donuts big changes as a shift leader. I’ll be in charge of the shift, pay changes, schedule changes. I’ll be working some Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday evenings. I started doing this on Sunday 02/08. A slight learning curve, but I can handle it.

What’s new in your world?

Well let’s see what we got this weekend?

Thursday Night we have the NASCAR Sprint Cup Budweiser Duels. Coverage starts at 1600 on Fox Sports 1, race starts at 1800 on Fox Sports 1. I can guarantee that it will be on at Vernon J’s place. IF you want to go to Brewsky’s & watch the race, I’m okay with that.

Friday is the 1st & only guaranteed Fish Fry of the season. Visit Jim’s Facebook group for more information.

I’m excited.

Today was a tough day for me.

I went & saw Jupiter Ascending, it is a great movie. MUCH better than any other movie I’ve went & saw this month.
