There isn’t anything wrong with Self Gifting, I earned this.
Today is Wednesday 12/11/V3.4 & it is 41st Anniversary of Apollo 17 landed on the moon.
Well I got ‘the news’ yesterday. I have to move tomorrow, my landlord wants to gut the apartment. I hate moving, it is the worst & stupidest thong

Um. Doesn’t he have to give you notice before he can tell you to move out?
YES they do, when you have a lease. I’ve NEVER signed a lease with him or his company. My original one expired in July 2007. I don’t have to move today, but he NEEDS me to let him know before the end of the year. His renovated places are $625, which is $175 more than I pay now. So I still have to look at places and see how much I can afford.

My day is going well, thank you very much- the sun is shining, I have interesting work on my desk for the afternoon and I have a nice evening’s knitting planned, so I have no complaints! 🙂
That is good, but I would listen if you did. I did find a place 3 blocks east for $425, so I’ll go take care of that tomorrow. Making lunch now.
