I went to Nebraska Omaha’s Home Basketball opener.
They played Concordia University Bulldogs at 19.00 in front of a roaring crowd (insert attendance here later) fans.
They got off to a fast start with the score at half of 44 to 30. The Mavericks were leading. You can see the in-game tweets from Vernon J, & Jonathan Heida who used ‘#OMavsBasketball‘. That is the hash tag Vernon J will be using throughout the entire season.
The final score was 100 to 68. Jon Green got FREE popcorn for scoring 100 points in tonight’s game.
This isn’t a review of the game, as I generally don’t do that.
