Blanc Burgers + Bottles will open its highly anticipated Midtown Crossing location on January 27, Omaha’s first introduction to the restaurant’s gourmet burgers, classic American sides, wine list as well as an extensive bottled beer and soda collection.

“This is one of those restaurants that will bring great energy and character to the Omaha area,” said Molly Skold, marketing director of East Campus Realty, the Mutual of Omaha subsidiary that owns Midtown Crossing. “Blanc has a tremendous following. Their concept is unique and we fully expect them to take Omaha by storm.”

Known for its modern and sleek decor, Blanc Burgers + Bottles features more than 3,700 square feet of prime space at 3157 Farnam Street near Turner Boulevard. Doors open for the restaurant’s inaugural dinner at 5 pm on Thursday, January 27.

“Ernesto and his team have put an incredibly unique twist on the tried-and-true-favorite, the American hamburger. They have a great concept, and they execute it flawlessly,” said Skold.
