14 days in jail & a $400 fine for MURDER.

The 18-year-old man charged in the accident that killed Jessica Bedient of Omaha has pleaded guilty and been sentenced in a separate drunken driving case.

Under the sentence imposed Thursday by Sarpy County Judge Robert C. Wester, Aaron Danoff of Omaha must pay a fine of $400, won’t have a driver’s license for six months and will serve 14 days in jail for driving drunk on Aug. 29.

Reports indicate his blood-alcohol level exceeded .15 when he was pulled over for speeding in August. A driver is considered legally drunk with a .08 level.

On Oct. 9, Danoff ran a red light and crashed into the car occupied by Bedient, 26, and her husband, Tony. Jessica was killed and her husband suffered critical injuries. Police said Danoff had a .137 blood-alcohol content in the October crash.

THAT’S SOME STUFF THAT COMES OUT OF BULLS!!!.

I don’t know Jessica or her family, but I know that she is worth more than $400 & 14 days in jail.

This is a slap on the wrist for MURDER.  I say its murder becasue if he would’ve called a cab he wouldn’t have killed Jessica.  I hope that the family sues him back to the stoneage.

hey MORONS don’t drink & drive.

  1. Investigate your facts before posting

If you had any common sense.. youd see that that $400 is for the first drunk driving charge he was giving in August.. 1 month prior to the October one that killed Jessica! He hasn’t been charged for killing Jessica yet buddy.

Thanks for reading the Official Blog of Vernon J.

There aren’t any facts to investigate, if you notice this is a story from Omaha.com.

I gave my opinion on what I think should have happened.

LIKE I said I think Jessica’s life is WORTH more than 14 days in jail & $400 fine.

  2. This is wrong

This is such a sad story. I’m pretty sure there are some local attorneys in Omaha that can help out. This is so tragic. Best of luck to the family.
