Coke offers $2.4bn for China juice maker

Coca-Cola has offered $2.4bn in cash to buy China Huiyuan Juice Group, in what would be the biggest takeover by a foreign company in China.
The deal will help the US-based company’s expand in the world’s most populous nation and allow it to diversify its drinks portfolio at a time when growth in the carbonated drinks market in China is slowing. Continue reading “Yeah”
