Welcome to the State of Nebraska Waiverable Citation Payment System. Before you begin, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the process listed below.
Transactions can only be processed by using your Visa, Mastercard, or Debit Card as payment. You will need your credit card and the citation (ticket) to complete the Citation Payment Process.
Before submitting the form, please verify that all data has been entered correctly and completely. Upon completion of the transaction, you will receive a transaction number on-screen, please print this page for your records. It is important that you note this number for future reference and correspondence with the State of Nebraska. The transaction number does not guarantee that your transaction was successful. It may take 24 or more hours before the transaction is posted at the court. If you have questions regarding refunds or returns after the transaction has been posted, you will need to contact the Court in the county where the citation was issued.
