First of All I was watching some C-SPAN while donating blood. C-SPAN is so sweet. They were discussing H. R. 5631


An amendment to prohibit the use of funds from being availableto engage in electronic surveillance in the United Statesexcept as authorized under the Foreign Intelligence SurveillanceAct or chapter 119 or chapter 121 of title 18, UnitedStates Code. For purposes of this amendment, the terms”electronic surveillance” and “United States” have themeanings given those terms in section 101 of the ForeignIntelligence Surveillance Act. H. R. 5631 appeared in neither the Congressional Daily Digest for June 16th or 17th. The bill was introduced supposdly on June 16th, sneaky bastards in Washington D.C. Someone is getting a letter.

S. Res. 515 A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate on the continued presence of United States troops in Iraq until at least 2009. Holy fucking shit, I am pissed!
