Good Morning & Happy Thursday,

So Under the Dome is 1,071 pages & that isn’t enough.

Today is Thursday 08/29/V3.4 & it is Game Night in some location that isn’t Omaha.

So I finished reading Stephen King’s Under the Dome and it is 1,071 pages. That doesn’t seem to have been enough though. I walked away having questions, but that is okay. The dome came down because of the kids. They compared it to a kid, his magnifying glass, and ants. The ants have lives too. I also don’t know if you watch the TV Show, but James Rennie does die in the end, Junior dies in the end, all the bad guys die in the end. The book as usually is better than a movie or teevee. I also think this is the BIGGEST book I’ve read from cover to cover. I also paid my $5.00 fine.

The word of the day is bulbous which is bulb-shaped; bulging.

So I’m hearing that there will be a National ‘Fast Food Strike’ today. If you aren’t working today, this is what you should do. Walk into a restaurant where they are striking and talk to the store manager. Inform them you are ready to work today, then as you leave be like. I just took your job, & I’m Lovin’ It, or whatever said restaurant’s slogan is. There are people willing to work in our nation, and once you agree to work for a company.

Well now that I’ve went on a couple political rants, I’ll bring you the good news.

YUP I’m having burrito’s for dinner tonight. I’m also going to take a nap and do laundry. Probably go get some Ice Cream too. I might go out on the towne and show you what’s up.

Yesterday was another good day for Team Vernon J.

So I’m watching Thor right now and doing laundry, cause you know it is Thursday. There is also that whole nap and reading thing I plan to do. I also have a doctor’s appointment to get my B12 shot. I’m going to ask if it is okay if I start donating blood again.

Now that we are done with the majority of our day, I’ll go ahead and finish this blog entry.

I can neither confirm nor deny if The Weather Channel is drunk. BUT Stephanie was drunk last night. Hopefully she isn’t drunk at this hour.

You can’t possible be drunk 10 hours after closing time, OR can you?

Well after my doctor’s appointment I plan to go to the store. Contray to what my other weather people told me, it was raining. Okay to be honest no one told me it was going to rain. I was sleeping.

Good Morning & Happy Saturday,

Anything I Want, I can do today.

Today is Saturday 08/17/V3.4 it is helpful hint day.

What I want to do today is go to work, then maybe to church, then relax.

What’s the Circle of Success?

Today is Tuesday 08/13/V3.4 & it is your day to make a promise and keep it.

The Circle of Success starts with a HI, an idea, or the 1st step. So what do you want your circle of success to be today?

I want my Circle of Success to be a good Omaha Young Republicans Meeting. I say about 15 or more people would make that happen.

Why do people put a gun in the back of their pants, do they not like their butt? Shouldn’t you take the holster too?

The word of the day is jilt which is to reject or cast aside, especially abruptly or unfeelingly.

So yesterday I was talking to Nidhi(let that sink in) & I said your cousin didn’t tell me ‘Nothing Important’. Someone else said ‘You don’t say that to women’, ugh So in what crazy world is it not okay to say something like that? As I told her that was a sexist comment and it was unacceptable. Now I know that there are somethings that are blatantly offensive and I don’t think ‘Nothing Important’ is one of them. BUT as it goes you reap what you sow.

As you know I treat everyone as equals, the only difference between a man a woman is that a woman can have a baby. The difference that we see is how we respond to a situation. Be it a 18, 21, 30, or 40 year old, man woman, girl or boy. Your response is on you and you are responsible for that choice.

So I have an orange, I have a iemma.

Today is Monday 08/12/V3.4 and it is Erwin Rudolf Josef Alexander Schrödinger’s 126th Birthday. You may remember him from CBS’s Big Bang Theory.

So do I eat the orange now or later. I can’t do both, it isn’t like the candy of the Now & Later brand. It is made by Ferrara candy company. You have to eat an orange in one setting.

I have a neighborhood association meeting today, everyone is invited. The meeting is at St. Cecilla’s Parish Center Burt St. Entrance. 1900, the address is 701 N. 40th St. Omaha, NE 68131

What to Do

What shall I do today?

Today is Friday 08/09/V3.4 & we are just 10 months away from my Birthday.

Well I went to an unnamed restaurant for breakfast. Then I went to the bank. I didn’t get any money. Apparently they need some form of identification, for the record you don’t need you operators license to drive a car. You only need to have one authorized & valid.

I was then going to go to target & get me some supplies. So the moral of the story. When you don’t have to do anything. don’t!

I will retry it again later today, I’ve got a feeling that it will be a nap time. I’m going to do it my way though, not anyone else’s way.

The word of the day is finagle which is to trick, swindle, or cheat.

You gotta double pump your fist on days like this.

Today is Friday 08/02/V3.4 & you are front page news.

Today is a day off & you know what a day off means? I’m off of doing anything productive after 0800. Because I do EVERYTHING I need to do I do on Thursday’s.

So apparently Rolling Stone has more than double the sales of their July issue from last year. You know why it doubled, cause the media made a big stink about the cover. You know why it doubled, cause CVS, Walgreen’s, 7-Eleven and Stop & Shop refused to sell the magazines. There is nothing more proud then something telling someone they can’t have or do something. Cause they will do it just to be like Forget You!

I am doing something something today, like cleaning my kitchen. Going to vacuum the hallway and bedroom.

Did you know that 2013 is the 25th Anniversary of Coldstone Creamery? I bet you wonder why I bring this up, A. Cause #CSC25 is a GREAT promotion. Yesterday I posted on instagram http://instagram.com/p/cfGEOhniUf/ & you know I show them some love. I like the place and don’t mind sharing that on Social Media. There’s a point (wait for it). I won $10.00 in their #CSC25 promotion.

OH, this is another #awesome story. So yesterday I was watching Wipeout on KETV. Bill interrupts the episode, cause you know it was raining and stuff. So at the end of the piece they have a liveshot. Bill says ‘that’s our Backpack Journalist’, like it is something special. Well a few weeks/months ago WOWT was running this ad about how the other stations couldn’t get close cause they didn’t have them. So my favorite reporter mentioned me and told me that I shouldn’t forget about them.

I informed her that they don’t make a big deal about having them. BUT if they do they do, then someone from KPTM chimes in that they have them too. Here’s a graph Now the link isn’t family friendly.

I thought I had a dental appointment today, but Doty didn’t call me yesterday. My appointment is on Friday 09/06/V3.4, this gives me more time.

Today is Thursday 08/01/V3.4 & it is a BRAND NEW MONTH!

I know the last time someone had Hope as a mantra, it didn’t work out so well for some of us. It worked out well for some of us.

That’s how much I want you you to share a positive attitude. Someone used that H word, so I just thought I would find out why. I hope my post to them, has encouraged some happiness in them.

Well I did get up before my alarm went off, yes today is my day off. BUT I won’t be spending it at home relaxing on the couch sipping on mimosa’s. I’m helping out The Salvation Army with Kids’ Crusin’ Kitchen again today. How can I help, well I’m driving.

Blending Day

Good Morning & Happy Monday,

Today we get to blend two separate items.

Today is Monday 07/29/V3.4 & I ain’t got much on my chest.

Today I will blend fresh fruit into my yougurt & I will also blend my 85%+ fruit smoothie. The 15% accounts for the water from the juice. I don’t actually know what the percentage of water is, but I’m giving it 0 to 15%.

YES it is Morning, even if you haven’t been to bed yet Tam. It is like this song says “I can be in LOVE with you WITHOUT you. No I don’t love Tam, but my co-worker did say ‘I hate you’. I responded in kindness I know you love me.

I think this is the song. It could not be.

I love do a google search and turning up in the search results. Those results are good.

Yesterday I finished reading The Death Relic by Chris Kuzneski. Chris Kuzneski – The Death Relic I’m going to try to keep a list of books that I’ve read. See people will be able to see this list. Me and Jim had a conversation last night, about another list that people should NEVER ever see. I’ve read Open Season & Savage Run by CJ Box.

The word of the day is coaptation which is a joining or adjustment of pants to one another. Who would want to do that?

Well it is a self-imposed time to stop blogging. Gotta get dressed and stuff.

Good Afternoon!

So let’s run down Vernon J’s schedule for the rest of the evening.

1630 – Wash Dishes
1700 or after washing dishes Start making dinner.
1730 or after making dinner eat dinner
After dinner, relax, go on a walk with my neighbor.
2000 get ready for bed
2100 Go to bed.

For dinner I’m having a bratwurst/turkey burger combination, Some pasta with Red Sauce, Alfredo, or Parmesan sauce. I’ve got tomato and romaine for my burger. I don’t think I need a saladid, but don’t pressure me.
