Today is the 6th day of August in my 36th year.

So I get home & or mailman left us a note.

The word of the day is taradiddle which is a small lie. I’m also going to make that the hashtag of the day.

Other than that it was a perfectly normal night there were no unexpected curve balls thrown or caught by me.

Well today is my short day.

There’s suppose to be rain tomorrow, so the Taco Ride might not happen. This member of Team Vernon J hopes it does.

Is anyone going to the Nebraska State Fair on Friday 08/22/V3.5. Chris Young is playing. As of right now 08/06/V3.5 in the 5th hour & 53rd minute we will be leaving at 1200 from Omaha. I would like to stay the night, but I know how the price of hotel’s change due to events like this. Let me know. Y’all know how to reach me.

Oh, YEAH!

Good Morning & Happy Friday.

The Kool-aid man is breaking down the wall today.

Today is Friday 09/27/V3.4 & I’m hitting the ground.

Okay that is a Keith Urban song, but it works for today.

I don’t know how to start this entry, cause last night was awesome. I’m also in temporary possession of balloons.

The word of the day is indubitable which is a thing that cannot be doubted; patently evident or certain; unquestionable.

Going a little different with the ‘first’ one. Although this is our date before our previously scheduled date. That’s how we are going to do things.

After our date, I’ll go home and take a nap. Cause I’m going to Oktoberfest tonight. Brad, Jim, & others will be there. You can also come to The Crescent Moon Alehouse. It is the biggest party. I’ll have this shirt on.

Last nights Taco Ride was great. Meet new people, saw the stars.

My Evening Report

Good Evening & Happy FNP-Eve!!!

It is days like (today) that I created My Evening Report category.

When GREAT days like this happen.

I wake up with a GREAT smile on my face, and usually when I post my first entry my day is GREAT. Now it can get greater though the interactions I have with people, or I(& ONLY I) can make it worst by my interactions with people.

My day started on the internet & then going to do laundry. I put my clothes in the wash, showered, shaved, and made my bed. I then put the clothes in the dryer & went to Family Dollar. I tried a new brand/scent of fabric softener. UPC – 024200060985, yeah you will have to do some research.

Now if Shelley can find out the truth with a little research, I’m sure you can too John. YES I e-mailed them and informed them of there error. The e-mail was sent at 21.58, at the current time 23.08 the story has NOT been updated to reflect the correct information.

Now I’m not saying I don’t trust them. I guess I do know them, I think I met a few of them in person. I’ve also had one of those ‘awkward’ conversations with one of their employees. BUT She’s cool!!

NOW back to how good my day was.

  1. I had II bowls of Ice Cream
  2. My mittens were at still at Metro, that’s a good thing
  3. I was suppose to get I hour of bonus work, but I got II hours of bonus work. I get paid by the hour so that is a good thing.
  4. I danced
  5. I can’t reveal this portion of my day, cause its ‘top secret’ by ‘top secret’ it means I either posted on #4sq, posted on twitter about it earlier and it will be buried in my history that isn’t as easily accessible as this. Potentially more details to come.

A Guy who is internally happy is now signing off.

Dentist Appt tomorrow at 08.00 & then work. I thing I’ll go watch a movie since I’ll be up anyways. Or I will come back & take a nap.

My Evening Report

Good Evening & Happy

I am happy to report that I only have 11 hours of work left & about at least 33 hours of partying to get on.

First I have to say thank YOU to my bestest (work) friend of the week Yolanda for taking my Saturday for me. IF you’ve ever had to trade a shift, you can imagine for someone to give up a Saturday afternoon, evening, & night that they respect you.

I also have to give it up for the partying, although I’ll be watching II or more hours of football on Saturday, it is better than working.

I had a good Thursday.

Went to a meeting, came home watched a movie. Relaxed for a bit. Went to work.

Worked!

Came home, & now that brings us to RIGHT now!

My Evening Report

Well I did get a nap in between 11.00 & 12.00. Even with the sirens being tested.

This morning I saw the FedEx guy outside my window. I was like that’s not for me. Therefore I wasn’t inclined to ‘prepare’ & go see. image The package WAS for me. So I’m rolling down Underwood St & see the FedEx truck. I pull in & stop the guy & inquire if he is the 40th & Cass delivery guy. He was, I then retrieved my package. I wasn’t chasing the delivery guy down, but it sure felt like it.

The package is for #4SqDay which is on April 16th. I think I’m going to have to crown Jim as my stand in, as I will be in training. You know cause I got that promotion at work.

I’m also counting the hours to Titanic 3D, which I know I’ll be going to see on Sunday. I’m also in the 66 hour window to Paul & Jennilynn’s wedding & still need an escort. If you’re reading this OR hearing about this. Help a Vernon J out. Please? I have a pretty smile.

Nine-day traffic jam stretches over 100km

Do you complain about traffic?

MAINTENANCE work, wrecks and broken down cars caused a nine-day traffic jam in China that stretched for more than 100 kilometres, Chinese daily newspaper The Global Times reported.

The traffic jam, on the Beijing-Tibet Expressway between Beijing and Huai’an, began on August 14 when thousands of Beijing-bound coal and fruit trucks jammed the roadway.
