It didn’t, but now it did.

UNDATED (AP) Creighton basketball coach Dana Altman reportedly is headed to Arkansas.

The University of Arkansas said it would name its new coach at an afternoon news conference, but officials were mum on who would
replace the fired Stan Heath.

Fox Sports reported that Altman would take the post, but officials at Arkansas and Creighton declined to comment.

Altman has taken the Bluejays to six NCAA tournaments in the last 13 years, including twice in the last three years.

They have had nine consecutive 20-win seasons.

 this part of yesterday’s news didn’t piss me off.
But when it is breaking news that he is no longer coaching at Arkansas, and coming back to CU, it does.  I am never going to see another Creighton University basketball game.

On another note, the4re is a softball double header @ UNO Friday.  12 p.m.  Who wants to go?

Weekend Update with Vernon Say

The breakfast was really cool, I got a picture with the Governor and Congressman Lee Terry.

  got irratated, but enjoyed the food.  Her window also faces west and south(supposdly) so she will never wake up with the sun in her eyes.  The tennis match was intresting, but kinda boring becasue it was inside.  Sam and Louies also make weak drinks no one can top what I do.   I made a raspberry cheesecake., I also got a begonia.  I need to run to the shop down the street adn get it put in a real pot.

This weekend

I willnot be bored this weekend.  I have a breakfast tomorrow with my best becgueule & nnancy1964, who should be enjoying her day off’ where I am being honored by the Douglas County Republican Party.  Hopefully this will lead to something more.  Saturday afternoon I am going to the UNO tennis match at Hanscom park  .Saturday Night is the beginning of the IRL season, and Sunday is a big day for NASCAR, they debut the Car of Tomorrow.
