Two Morning are both great

Good Morning & Happy Thursday!!!

Today is Thursday 03/10/V3.1 & its the 2nd day of good mornings.

I worked out yesterday & today, the muscles in the back of my arms(triceps) were a little sore. I did a Wii Fit Boxing session yesterday morning, it shows today. That’s a good thing!!!! I did 10 min trainer this morning & I feel good.

I then proceeded to have a GREAT breakfast.

Eggs (scrambled with cheese),
Bacon,
Cereal,
Bagel.

The word of the day is ersatz, which means being a substitute or imitation.

I hope you have a GREAT day!!!!

I have an easy day plan today, apparently I need to go to the G-Store as on my above list I’m out of fruit & yogurt. But its still better than a continental breakfast(free or paid for).

So that’s my after work plans, what are you doing?

Its also Thursday which means it’s laundry day.

Happy Achievement Day

Today is Thursday 02/24/V3.1 & its -3 degrees in Omaha.

Its the 1st day of the final weekend of February MMXI. A Good Day to buy a friend dinner, or do their laundry. Quid Pro Quo, if you do my laundry, I’ll buy you dinner!!!!

The word of the day is hypnagogic, which means Of, pertaining to, or occurring in the state of drowsiness preceding sleep. I experienced that yesterday when cruising on Interstate – 80. Good trip, made it back safe.

I’ll be doing Laundry today, I have a busy weekend, & this is the day I wanna do it.

Waffle day at Vernon J’s household

Today is Sunday 01/09/V3.1 & its the kinda day I love.

So yesterday, I finished off my dream(of owning a waffle maker).

Here is a pic of my 1st waffle(actually my 2nd, you have to dispose of the 1st), it was quite delicious.

I got myself a waffle maker yesterday, this waffle is now in MY BELLY.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to go see How Do You Know again today. Showings are at 11:20, 14:20, 17:20, 20:20 & 23:10! Do you wanna go see it with me?

I’m doing my whites now, then maybe a nap. But I can do what I want, cause I’m Vernon J.

Let me see, my Birthday is in 5 months. Thursday 06/09/V3.1 whoo hoo.

Vernon J’s Schedule for this week

Well what Vernon J is doing Monday has already been stated in a previous blog entry.
Tuesday – All About Omaha is having January Happy Hour at Max & Joe’s Belgian Beer Tavern which is a member of Beer Corner USA. Where the BEST BAR in America is located.
Wednesday – ~~I’m going to the Library to get my books, I need to go online & reserve em today~~. Omaha’s Team is in action at 17:30 & 19:30. Basketball at Sapp Fieldhouse, all the cool kids will be there.
Thursday – I’ll do some laundry, this is actually one of my nyr to do laundry on Thursday. I will probably also go to the library.
Friday – The FNP is here & it a MAJOR sponsor this week. Become a fan of Vernon 3.0 & Beyond for the BIG annoucment.
Saturday – Celebrate Nebraska 2011 is happening. The Governor’s Ball is that night. YEAH!!!!

I got a plan

Vernon J is currently doing laundry.

After the machine washes it, & the machine drys it. Okay, I’ve come to the conclusion that ‘after the machine does the laundry’ Vernon J will fold & hang it.

Then he is going to the video book store.
