Interview with the Association

Good Morning & Happy Saturday,

I have an interview with the Nebraska State Education Association today, they interview all candidates to see if they will support them in the election. IF they support me that’s great.

Today is Saturday 03/10/V3.2 & it is Christine’s Birthday.So everyone get on over to that there twitter & wish Christine a Happy Birthday.

I also have some campaigning to do today. The word of the day is esculent which is something edible, especially a vegetable. I haven’t taken part in the esculent’s today.

As I previously mentioned it is Christine’s Birthday today, I am planning to go to her Birthday party. BUT (& forgive me for this) if MW’s friend cancels on her, I offered to go to the Lady Antebellum Concert. But I’ve given you alot of love & if that happens, I’ll take the card to the party address.

A Good Beginning, don’t know about the middle, & hopefully a good end.

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday,

I started my day off with watching live racing from Daytona, I don’t know what the middle will consist of. This evening I will give a speech, so I’m hoping for a good end.

Today is Tuesday 02/28/V3.2 & it is raining in Omaha.

Yesterday had its ups & downs. I got up that morning, then I went downtown. I’ll be here all week, I don’t charge any convenience fees.

I went to the North Omaha Safety & Crime Prevention event. The turnout was only about 21 to 25 people. Whereas two weeks ago there were 100+ people in the South Omaha Safety & Crime Prevention event. We have to be more involved in our community, if we want a safe & prosperous neighborhoods. YOU can do better Omaha.

I meet Mandy W. for the 1st time. That makes it 3 weeks of people that I’ve meet in a row that I followed on twitter. Good time. Nick posted this on twitter later in the evening, it summed up the last few weeks great.

The word of the day is pettifog which is to bicker or quibble over trifles or unimportant matters.

Then this evening I speak to a group of individuals that need to know why they need to support me. Because I said so, isn’t an appropriate response.

Impressive

Good Morning & what shall be impressive today.

What shall be impressive today, I don’t know.  I woke up with a smile on my face. NOT a bad way to start my day.

Today is Monday 02/27/V3.2 & it is time for the Daytona 500.

It was rained out yesterday so it is postponed until HIGH noon today.

The word of the day is flexuous which is Full of bends or curves; sinous.

I had an amazing weekend, I won’t rehash Thursday & Friday. But Saturday was good as well, took care of some business. Saw a hockey game, we didn’t win but it was a good game. I reiterated that I don’t negotiate with terrorists, this gentlemen is a good person. He just wants what I want & HE CAN’T.

THAT WAS THE END OF THE WEEKEND!

Sunday was suppose to be dedicated to the 54th Daytona 500. That happened. I also went to Old Chicago for dinner with a friend, we caught up. I then answered a call for The Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services. I was able to respond to a house fire, it was only 1 hour out of my evening. It wasn’t like I was doing anything else. Plus I got to get some reading done.

I finished reading a book, see my previous post. At that point I wasn’t done reading it, but I got it done before the clock ‘struck’ midnight. I’m pretty sure I was doing a quality control on the inside of my eyelids at that time.

Today consist of me writing a speech to deliver to the DCRP meeting tomorrow about my campaign.

I’m also hoping to get the call, that’ll make me jump up & down. I don’t control when that call is made, so I will wait.

2 for the show

Good Night & Happy Meeting You.

I meet Katie & Maggie today. We follow each other on twitter & have for several months.  It was nice meeting Katie, & yes I expressed my lack of postcard to Maggie.  I used my angry face, you know the one where I look angry. BUT right under the surface I’m smiling & you’re smiling with me. Cause I don’t have an angry bone in my body.

Today is Sunday 02/19/V3.2 & it was a talking delicious day.

I gave a speech at a Congressional Campaign Announcement today. This is where I meet Katie & Maggie.  I also got to hang out with 3 & a possible Gemini. The one is a possible because the child is still in the mom’s belly.

The word of the day is spruce which is to make neat or dapper. I’m not dapper right now, I have on sweatpants & a T-Shirt. I still look good though.

My dinner was a success & it was quite yummy.

I’m watching Ghostbusters II right now. A good movie from 1989, which also came out during the Gemini Season.  YOU see the trend here?

I say Sunday was a success, I hope you can report the same.

I missed the window

Good Morning & Happy Friday.

I missed my opportunity to put the frabic softner in the washer. I did get the dryer sheets in.

Today is Friday 01/06/V3.2 & its the start of the 1st FNP for MMXII

I shall start a little different with a weakness from work, yesterday. I wasn’t very happy, I’ve talked to 3 people about it & its done.

The word of the day is sprat which is A small or inconsequential person or thing.

Now that is a good word of the day. I had a good time with Julie, who had an unofficial Birthday Party. I also was able to meet someone that I had met at Karaoke. I wasn’t that fond of her at that time. At least I know where she works & all that jazz.

After that I went to Crescent Moon & did NOT become Mayor. Jim has stolen my crown, but I shall regain it with all expediate action. I then went to Cold Stone Creamery & that was a good experience. Although Amy didn’t remember me, but she made up for it.

The trip to Cold Stone inspired another great moment in Vernon J history. Thanks!

I then was able to go to a meeting in Sarpy County, it was a good meeting.

Why I Choose Perry

This is posted at 21.36 VST & Fox News is saying Perry has a solid grip on 6th place.

I did my job & made the announcement to my friend NMA 08.06 so it wasn’t a secret. I texted her & I’m sure that they are reading my texts. I would.

There are many choices to do your research. I used a certain paper’s 2012 Republican presidential candidate bios. See here’s the link, so you can judge for yourself.

  • I’m not happy that the youngest person is 53. There are great strong candidates that are under 50, that were great candidates & Presidents. 9 Presidents under 50. I indicate this because we need leaders of our future & not of our present or past. IF Barack Obama is given the chance he will be about 51 when he is inaugurated.
  • My view on the international relations is that we need the UN to take a lead on ALL multi-nation conflicts. The pre-amble to the UN Charter explains it well. So bring our troops home & protect America. Thank You.
  • I don’t think any President, Candidate, Senator, or Representative should every say taxes are off the table. All the listed candidates lost points for this.
  • I agree with a flat tax & it shouldn’t be a choice. I think it should be somewhere between 15% & 20% as a National Sales Tax.  I wrote a speech for my class about it. You can view it here. I can’t find the video, but I did it. Rick Perry edged the crowd on this aspect
  • Healthcare Needs to be reformed, the bill that passed was too much at one time.
  • Immigration needs to be controlled. I’m not against a fence that will shock the waste out of people trying to get into our country illegally.

Based on the current crop of candidates I would vote for Rick Perry.

Who to Vote for in U.S. Senate category

As you may have read on the twitter feed of Vernon J. Nebraska’s Senior Senator is retiring & will no longer serve us in that capacity. ‘You don’t read Vernon J’s twitter feed’

Well now that we have that issue out of the way. We no longer have to Give Ben the Boot.  I urge you to do your research & vote for the most qualified candidate that is out there.  I know who I’ll be voting for, but to see the entire list of candidates currently running visit a multitude of websites. Wikipedia has a nice section of the 5 Republican Candidates who has declared. Jon Bruning, Deb Fischer, Pat Flynn(I’m running as his Vice -Senator), Don Stenberg, & Spencer Zimmerman. There have been no declared Democratic Candidates as of this posting.

That is the jest of it, now below here I will tell you how it is going down on my ballot. *warning biased info*

Who you gonna vote for?

I’m not saying who you should vote for in the Republican Presidential Primaries. But Newt Gingrich has lied about who filed for divorce from his 1st of 3 wives. Story here (http://www.cnn.com/2011/12/26/politics/gingrich-divorce-file/index.html)

As you know every story is basis, even stories on The Official Blog of Vernon J. At the current point, this one is unbiased.

My friend Nicole has asked me who I’m going to vote for. I don’t know I haven’t done my independent research enough to make an informed decision. YOU can’t commit to a client without doing your research. I currently have reasons for not voting for certain candidates, but those aren’t solid reasons. That is unacceptable to vote that way.

I guess by the end of January that I will have made a decision that will impact the final vote count.

I saw an ad on the bus(carried by a rider), that read Crackers for Cain.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think that is racist.
