What’s all this?

Good Afternoon & how is your Monday going?

Well today’s driver found my work ID that you didn’t know I lost. I lost it somewhere between home, Bag ‘N Save, & work. I just got a new one.

So this is the post you’ve been waiting for.

I took II books to work today, did I finish the 1st one? Well it is 06.15 so I honestly don’t know. It is 12.42 & I haven’t finished book 1 yet. But I will by time I go to bed.

You know what a rough night of sleep is? When I know the 2nd pillow off the bed & I have to stay on one side of the bed.

Congratulations on winning re-election

I talked to Franklin, Amy, and Rich about having a monthly/quarter meeting in the evening for the Omaha City Council.

I see that agenda item 23 is to continue to hold their meetings at 14.00 on Tuesday of each week, unless otherwise designated.

I would like you to amend that motion to make the 3rd Tuesday of every month an evening meeting.  It could be the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. I’m flexible (hint-hint).

Thanks, as per my usual notification. I will be in contact with issues that I feel are important and if you have evening meetings I will also be there.

Omaha is a GREAT City & Make it a Better City. It is your vote, it is OUR CITY!!

1 Book or 2 Book

Good Morning & Happy Monday,

So do I take I book or II books with me? That is my toughest decision I made so far.

Today is Monday 06/10/V3.4 & it is Amy’s Birthday today.

Well I decided (you’ll have to wait for it). Stay tuned to the Official Blog of Vernon J.

The 35th Annual Celebration of Vernon J was a blast. Thanks to all the people who wished me happy Birthday, bought me homemade cookies, brought me Cheesecake Factory, and/or Pizza.

The word of the day is codger which is an eccentric man, especially one who is old.

So let’s see what there is to do today in Omaha.

  • The Joslyn Castle Neighborhood Association meeting is at 19.00 at St. Cecilia School. 
  • Omaha School Board is having a special meeting today at 18.30. Board Room at TAC 3215 Cuming St. Omaha, NE 68131
  • City of Omaha Inauguration Meeting. 19.30
