Good Evening & Happy Wednesday Eve.

Take One a Day for a while

These are my iron pills, which I was suppose to start taking in January. BUT my levels are risen.

The low dose aspirin is new to my medical file. Apparently my little tingling in my arm & leg is kinda a big deal.

Such a big deal that I get to have IV medical procedures on Friday. Who’s willing to come and give me the emotional support that I may need.

I get to have an MRI on my head, maybe they will figure out where the awesome part of the brain is.

I then get to have a ultrasound on my carotid artery.

I then get to have an EKG & if you remember from MMIX I do have a hole in my heart. http://Vernon-J.com/category/my-heart-sitution/

There will of course be more follow up.

Well YOU know it is Monday, and how much I love it.

I talked to two reporters from different mediums today & you (they can do) can read my blog. I won’t name names (at least on my blog).IF I sent you a private or text message then you know who I talked to.

I also talked to @DivaPalooza, & Lesley on twitter. I also texted Libbie & Allison. They aren’t on the media or anything. BUT they are still cool people.

On You?

Good Morning & Happy Monday.

What’s going to be on you, today?

Today is Monday 05/06/V3.3 & it is a planting day.

I’m going to have a smile on, cause that’s what we do around here.

So I was in bed WITH the lights off & covers on before 21.31. As The Plan is unfolding successfully. The alarm is set for 05.13. My body is adjusting nicely to the changes. Accordingly I should be heading to bed at similar time this Friday & Saturday.

There’s a <_50 chance="chance" that="that" wont="wont" happen="happen" but="but" we="we" will="will" try.="try." p="p">I had an amazing weekend, how about you.

I don’t have an alarm set for Sunday, cause that is my kinda day.

I don’t & didn’t have to do anything today. I’m going to watch my NASCAR race & ensure I get a nap in.
