U.S. Postal Stamp increases vs. Minimum wage
In 1979 the minimum wage was $2.90 & the price of a 1st Class Stamp was $0.15.
According to my table, the minimum wage should have been $8.51 at the end of 2009 to keep prices with the First Class Stamp.

Crackers for Cain
I saw an ad on the bus(carried by a rider), that read Crackers for Cain.
I’m not 100% sure, but I think that is racist.
Quotes from the World for Wednesday 10/26/MMXI
It is the nature of the artist to mind excessively what is said about him. Literature is strewn with the wreckage of men who have minded beyond reason the opinions of others.
