They are at it again.

The organization based out of New York, NY is at it again.

They have come to Nebraska & are suing us because of the way we do business.

The ACLU believes that our Petition requirements(see here) are illegal.  Well they sure filed a lawsuit, so they don’t like em.

I’ve GOT no problem with people who want to change things in Nebraska should live in Nebraska.

I hope Judge Joseph F. Bataillion rules in favor of Nebraska Secretary of State John Gale.

Quotes from the World for Thursday 04/21/V3.1

The lords of life, the lords of life,—
I saw them pass
In their own guise,
Like and unlike,
Portly and grim,—
Use and surprise,
Surface and dream,
Succession swift, and spectral wrong,
Temperament without a tongue,
And the inventor of the game
Omnipresent without name;—

Good Morning & Happy Thursday.

Today is a wet kind of day in Omaha, there are people predicting that it’ll be a chance of rain in Omaha today.  We are under yellow conditions.  I’m taking my umbrella, so I won’t get wet.

Well today is the last day of work(for this week) at Food Bank for the Heartland. Tomorrow I have a blood donation, & going to MoO for Chick-fil-a. Then going to relax.

The word of the day is mumbo jumbo which means senseless or pretentious language, usually designed to obscure an issue, confuse a listener, or the like.

Have a pretty good day, that is my plan.
