This was my thought this morning –

I wanted to make today different, I did a different work out tape this morning. 10 minute trainer, it felt good. Full & energized. Pretty good way to start off.
I then went to Hy-Vee to get some fruit before work.
NOW, I’m sitting at home.
Still waiting for the thanksgiving invite from ‘smoking hot lady‘, but it’ll do bye.
