My Evening Report

Good Evening & Happy Wednesday Eve,

*fair warning* There was a Crazy Ex-Girlfriend in the parking lot. I’m glad she didn’t pull a Miranda Lambert.

Today was a good day. Had fun at work (shared the love of #IceCream), rode home (& to work). I went to the Library and got another book.

I’m eating Ice Cream at home now. I’m not sure why I decided to do My Evening Report.

Well I did exchange a phone number with someone today.

There is also Karaoke tomorrow Wednesday 07/03/V3.4 at Saint’s Pub + Patio from 21.00 to 01.00. I’m waiting for Susie’s Brother to share the details. Let’s GO Susie’s brother, we need to know.

Boom Boom

Good Evening & Happy FNP Eve.

That was a nice song.

Today was Thursday 04/04/V3.3 & by time you read this. Vernon J will have declared the day over.

Not a particular long day. I’m doing this from my phone, so if my spelling isn’t that great. You know why.

Got up at 05.58 today, had about 1.5 hours before I left. Got in a ride today.

I thought I’d have to go into the West Office, but went to the MidWest Office. I got offices.

Worked till a little after 8, currently standing on the corner of 84th St. & West Center Rd.

I’ll be home, as soon as I get there.

I don’t have some fancy project(s) or person(s) waiting for me. But you never know depending on the timing.

So I launched a new blog today. I got my twitter archive download & know have a dedicated site. It’ll contain a page to all my twitter posts from Day 1 until sometime in March MMXII. It will update twice a day, so you can now see everything that happens thoughout my day. You’re welcome!

So it Begins

Good Morning & Happy Thursday,

So the double day begins.

Today is Thursday 10/25/V3.3 & it is a waffle-licious kinda day.

I work both jobs today. 4.5 hours at one & VII hours at another.

The think about roman numerals is that there is no half notation. I hope you’re not wondering why the Roman Empire collapsed anymore. One moment in history was their reckoning.

You must be aware of these moments and not let them fail you.

So its the weekend, this weekend is the Crescent Moon Howl at the Moon party. I haven’t spent any money on a costume and don’t plan too.

Do you have any halloween plans?

Its too quiet in the office, a little music would help. Aside from the Benson traffic as it moves by.

What’s done at 08.51

Good Morning & Happy Sunday!!!

What you do at 08.51 on a Sunday morning may just effect your entire day. So don’t do anything that some people may consider stupid, OR that is illegal. Say make a left turn from a straight lane only. YOU know who you are & where you were (Saddlecreek & California, eastbound).

Today is Sunday & it is Elizabeth & Libby’s Birthday. Libby is 25, I don’t know how old Elizabeth is. Won’t you celebrate their birthday with us?
I made homemade syrup this morning & it was delicious. I only had to buy brown sugar, had everything else at home.  It contained 5 ingredients, all that you can pronounce. I also watched about 35 to 40 mins of Kindergarten Cop this morning.

Boys have a penis, girls have a vagina.

YES at this age boys are men & want some of the girls. Emotionally.

Yesterday was a good day, when I went out for work I saw 2 people. Got done with work by high noon. Got home & took a nap. I then went to game night & played Settlers of CaTan. I then headed to Crescent Moon Alehouse. Everything I could control seemed to work out well.  IF you follow me on twitter, you know there were things I couldn’t control. They DID not go the way I wanted them too, & therefore I was not happy. But overall I have to say that it was a successful day.

On a sidenote, be mindful of that fact that guys like me. http://youtu.be/Qk602Y66UgI DO not go to the bar trying to ‘hook=up’ or whatever the politically correct term for that is. Sometimes we just want to go to the bar & hangout with our friends, sing some karaoke, & relax. DID YOU HEAR THAT Dr. Robin Frohardt. I love this google thing. Also thanks to some guys wife, for saying some undisclosed information to a certain young lady. NO I don’t know what she said, I just know what I told her. Then she proceeded to talk to that young lady.

The word of the day is gangrel which means a lanky, loose-jointed person. To me that means someone who likes to get down & dance.

It Is & You Are

Good Morning & Happy Saturday. Today is Saturday 12/10/V3.2.

Well what can I say about this great & joyous day that is ahead. Well let’s start with the great & joyous part.

I started with a pretty darn good breakfast & now I am half dressed. I’m about to put the pants on, as soon as I gt done posting on The Official Blog of Vernon J.

The word of the day is adytum which is a sacred place that the public is forbidden to enter; an inner shrine. My bedroom is a adytum*

There is LOTS to do in Omaha today, I’ll just highlight a few of them. University of Nebraska Omaha Athletic team is in action at Sapp Fieldhouse. The game(s) at 13.00 & 19.00. If you go to the early game you can take your ticket stub to Aksarben Cinema & watch the hockey game from Grand Forks, N.D. There is limited space, so it is first come first serve. For live musical performances check out Karaoke at Crescent Moon, the tunes start at 10.00. BUT if you wanna spend more money, the Heartland of America Band, & The Nutcracker has two performances. Visit the Omaha Performing Arts site for more information.

I have a bone or II to pick with JGG II, he misled me.

Movie, Theater, & Concert Tickets

Good Morning & Happy Monday,

Do you save movie & concert tickets? I do! But why was I saving a movie ticket, unless it was a first date, or the first movie after she said that ‘Vernon J I really like you & I think we should date’ movie, cause we’ve been to several movies before.  Why? This is aimed at a certain someone that isn’t named, but is a good friend. She probably doesn’t visit Vernon J, so I’m not too worried.

Today is Monday 11/14/V3.2 & it is a Happy Monday kinda day.

I took my pre-exam today & got a 66%, I need a 70% to become an insurance agent. I don’t need luck, I need to answer correctly.

We are 2 mins away from the 10.00 dance party. Right NOW Sugarland – All I Want to Do (Live) is playing on my pandora.

I also just scanned my official transcript from University of Nebraska Omaha, that proves(again) that I graduated from college. It saves me $1,000 if the above happens on Friday 11/18/V3.2.

Also on Friday Mojo Smokehouse & Ales is having a live karaoke night, (checking schedule), I am planning on going. You are welcomencouraged to come.

Stop the …

Good Afternoon & Happy Saturday,

Can you stop the rain? Can you stop the injustice, Can you stop the way you feel?

Today is Saturday 11/12/V3.2 & I spent a few hours in a library.  I decided to go to my ole stomping grounds & studying.  I will be going back tomorrow, Monday, & potential Tuesday. Gotta pass so I can be fully employed.

I then made it home after 13.00 & chilled for a little bit. Got me a nap in & watch some ice crea.  Currently listening to Kid Rock – Somebody’s Gotta Feel This.  I’m under the impression that I’ve lost my CD that had that song on it.

The word of the day is rankle which is to cause keen irritation or bitter resentment in.

Tonight I will be going to Game Night, I didn’t realize it was hosted by Omaha 20’s & 30’s group, NO I didn’t pre-advertise that I was going to this event. At least not on the public interwebs, I e-mailed a few folks & let them know about it.  It’s going down, I’m bringing Sorry! & UNO.  I hope someone has my favorite board game, Monopoly. Speaking of that I probably need to throw my address labels on my boxes & card holder.

If the timing is right, I just might throw down on some live karaoke tonight. That is Karaoke with a live band, that should be a GREAT time.

Today is Friday 10/28/V3.2

It’s #OMavsHockey night in Madison, WI. But that don’t mean you can’t get an eye to eye view of the game. Aksarben Cinema is showing the game on the big screen. You can go see In Time at 16.30, go to Jones Brothers Cupcake for dinner, than head back to Aksarben Cinema for the hockey game. That’s just #TooEasy.

What else is happening this weekend, for Vernon J? I will be volunteering for The Salvation Army Red Kettle 5K Run on Saturday. There is also Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo Spooktacular, I’ll be there Saturday Night.

Karaoke is like a 65% to 93.32% of Vernon J making an appearance.

The word of the day is berserk which is Violently or destructively frenzied; wild; crazed; deranged.  I wanna here about your wild FNP in the comments section.

Good Morning & Happy Saturday.

I wanna get this entry out in 8 mins or less.  Gonna start pressing my shirt at 09.00.

Today is Saturday 10/22/V3.2 & its Soccer, Hockey, & Swimming day in Omaha. GO Mavs!!!

It is also Karaoke Night in Omaha, so I’ll be doing some songs for sure.
