Oh Yeah

The University of Nebraska Omaha Hockey Team is back.

Good Morning & Happy Friday.

Omaha’s Team is back & will be playing in Durham, N.H.Visit No. 19 Mavericks Back in Action at New Hampshire – Omaha Athletics for all the details.

Today is Friday 01/03/V3.4 & it is Julie’s birthday. Happy Birthday Julie.

The first FNP of 2014 is underway, sitting here enjoying my breakfast. How does one celebrate the momentous occasion? The ONLY way we know how. By going to the Best Bar in America i.e. therefore Omaha. Contrary to what was recently reported. According to that unnamed report the ‘best bar in Omaha’ has a 9.1. Well Crescent Moon Alehouse has a rating of 9.2 on the same website. You do see how that that flies in the face of their ratings?

The Men’s Basketball team also plays today, their game starts at 2300 LIVE from Hawaii. I’m pretty sure that I will not be awake for that game. I’ve got to work tomorrow. Visit Mavericks Celebrate New Year at Hawai’i – Omaha Athletics for more details. I hope someone is up for the game.

I went to the gym for the 1st time since 2003. Still burning like a boss.

Oh, YEAH!

Good Morning & Happy Friday.

The Kool-aid man is breaking down the wall today.

Today is Friday 09/27/V3.4 & I’m hitting the ground.

I don’t know how to start this entry, cause last night was awesome. I’m also in temporary possession of balloons.

Going a little different with the ‘first’ one. Although this is our date before our previously scheduled date. That’s how we are going to do things.

After our date, I’ll go home and take a nap. Cause I’m going to Oktoberfest tonight. Brad, Jim, & others will be there. You can also come to The Crescent Moon Alehouse. It is the biggest party. I’ll have this shirt on.

Last nights Taco Ride was great. Meet new people, saw the stars.

Couch Day

Good Evening & Happy Friday Eve.

Well today was a good day.

Went in and did my 90 mins of work, like a boss. Cause there are things that can be done in 90 mins, that can’t be done in another 90 mins.

I came home, after going to the library and Westlake Ace Hardware. I then did my laundry, because you know it is Thursday. We do laundry on Thursday.

I’m excited for this weekend. Going to see Stomp! on Saturday at 1400. I don’t know how many times I’ve said this, so don’t be asking me what I’m doing.

The word of the day is bordereau which is a detailed memorandum, especially one in which documents are listed.

So yup.

Breakfast in Bed & 0655

Good Morning & Happy FNP!

Breakfast in Bed would be nice and the Sunrise is at 0655!!!

Today is Friday 09/06/V3.4 and it is official the 1st Ocktoberfest of 2013.

I would LOVE to have Breakfast in Bed. Thursday or Friday is fine, as I wouldn’t expect you to be at mouse at 0343 in the morning. IF you are here that early, I’m sure that breakfast in bed will be served.

Ocktoberfest is at Gerda’s today. Team Vernon J will be there after #VernonJ takes his nap.

The sunrise is at 0655 and sets at 1948, that’s 12 hours and 53 minutes of sunshine today. The moon will rise at 0810 and set at 2010, that’s 12 hrs of Moon’n. NOT 12 hours of Moonshine, otherwise you will be drunk.

So much work

Good Morning & Happy Saturday,

So I have a package of Starburst (r) that is 396.9 g’s

Today is Saturday 07/20/V3.4 & we’ve been planning this for over 2 weeks, let’s see how committed she actually is.

So back to the Starburst, would it have been too much to ask to make it 400 grams? Also each one of those approximately LXXX pieces is individually wrapped.  Which means to eat them, I have to unwrap them. We have a First World Problem, how can we solve this?

The word of the day is bushwa which is rubbishy nonsense; baloney; bull.

So work, church, and Billy Froggs. My co-worker Bertha said she didn’t have any friends, so we discussed going out to get her some new friends. It is an arranged meeting, at a time and place. Good Story about that.

It isn’t a date, it is an arranged meeting at a time and place. The other person has a boyfriend, that is why it is that complicated sentence. Lauren has a boyfriend, or something like that. We are meeting at her place of employment, no big deal.

For a Few Days

Good Morning & Happy FNP!

We are going to enjoy life for a few days.

Today is Friday 05/17/V3.3 & we are XXIII days away from my Birthday!!!!

What a celebration it will be?

Tonight we are going to see Star Trek into Darkness. Aksarben Cinema, IF you are interested in going. Send me an e-mail STiD@Vernon-J.com The show is happening at 20.00, we are going to MoJo’s before the encounter.

Tomorrow we will be presented with II or III options. I can do my normal Saturday routine of the last few months. Work at the DCRP office, then go to church. I could also relax and then go to Jamie’s Graduation Party. She is now an alumni of University of Nebraska Omaha like Vernon J is. Option III is yet undefined.

IF we do Option I, then Sunday will be a relaxing day.

IF we do Option II, then Sunday we will do Church and then some time at the DCRP office.

IF we do Option III, well I don’t know what that is, so I don’t know what Sunday will provide me with.

The word of the day is motza which is a large amount of money, especiallya sum won in gambling.

Well I didn’t make a cake for my co-workers. They are getting ‘Cheese & Cracker Sticks’. IF I leave on time, I will swing by a local merchant and get them some donuts and juice. I don’t know, I just can’t tell. We have to do what we have to do.

VI Weeks ON

Good Morning & Happy FNP,

VI weeks on First Shift.

Today is Friday 05/10/V3.3 & it is testing day.

I started 1st shift on Tuesday April 2nd & it is great. IF I haven’t expressed that enough at this point.

So today is my IV test session at Bergan Mercy. Well III are start & done today, the other one starts today & ends XXIV hours after that. Can you say excited, cause I’m sure not. BUT I only have to work half a day, so there is a silver lining to these clouds.

Speaking of clouds I saw some amazing ones yesterday. When I was on the 2nd Dodge overpass, the one over SaddleCreek Rd. There was clouds to the north just above the tree line. It was an amazing site. I wish I would’ve had my camera so I could share this site with you.

So the rest of my weekend is dependent on how the tests go. I don’t imagine it will affect it negatively, but you never can tell.

The word of the day is aeolian which is of or caused by the wind; wind-blown.

Don’t you love it when your hair is aeolian on a nice spring day. LIKE today, I’m going to say that is today

Well we’re headed into work right now. There are XI of us sharing a ride today. Where some of us are headed, we’ll never know. We won’t ask & we won’t tell. I’m going to 72nd & Dodge. Than South, of course I’m in south Omaha, RIGHT NOW. Oops back to central Omaha.

The word of the day is ratiocination which is the process of logical reasoning.

After work, I’m going to work. Then we are going to see it.

I had a good conversation with someone yesterday. Him & his family came to this country Legally. He got married & said 90% of his family were denied VISA’s for the wedding. He shared how his father came/left, but finally got his family here. He’s a Republican, I’m a Republican. We believe in legal immigration.

My Evening Report

Good Evening & Happy Friday Eve.

1st & foremost I learned that you can’t make things up on twitter.

Now if you follow me on twitter, you would know why this is funny.  I posted earlier about Omaha being the Best City in America. The United states of America, North America, & South America.

An unnamed reporter asked me if I had a source. I told her that my source was Vernon J & she could use Vernon-J.com as a reference. So it is funny, I’ve also made stuff up with Brianne also. I’ve also made stuff up with other people.

I like making stuff up.

There is also something else that was really good today that I wanted to report.

Well one of the ladies who does the Zumba class at Benson Community Center brought cookies in for a treat today. I appreciate that.

There is some stuff to go over.

Well tomorrow is Friday 03/29/V3.3 & it is the LAST Friday of the month.

I’ve now remembered what I wanted to talk about. I’m watching 180 Days: A Year Inside an American High School. So I just lost it again, I need to focus.

Stir Cove has announced all or a portion of their concert schedule. Well Trace Adkins is coming on Friday 06/07/V3.3 & it is going to probably be a GREAT show. Now there could be one dilemma for Vernon J.

The 4th Annual Cannoli Eating Competition & the 89th Annual Santa Lucia Festival. I just checked their facebook page and yes that event is the same weekend. The past III Cannoli Eating Contest have been on Friday. I’ve won all of them, I figure I can do it again this year.

oh, you must be wondering what the jist of this portion of the story is?

Well I think you should buy me tickets. The tickets are $40 + Fees, I’m sure if you go the box office, you can save on those unscrupulous fees. The tickets go on sale Monday 04/01/V3.3. IF you buy me a ticket, I promise to show up. You don’t have to get you a ticket, I’ll be fine going alone.
