Good Morning & Happy Wednesday. Today is Wednesday 10/23/V3.4 & it is a day we can rejoice in.

My shirt smells good.

We’ll we’ve got XI hours of work today. That’ll being me to XXXV paid and XXXVII unpaid.

Although a majority of that time was spent sleeping. VI hours spent in the company of friends. User the hours wisely.

The word of the day is falderal which is mere nonsense; foolish talk or ideas.

So let us see what the rest of the week holds for Vernon J.

After all work today. There shall be some Karaoke had.

Thursday is day off. Laundry, doctor, nap(s).

Friday is back to work. The University of Nebraska Omaha hockey team will be in action. Going to that.

Saturday is a half work (but fully+ paid). I’m taking PTO at First Data. The community center & Benson Business District is having the annual Boo Bash. I’m working there from 0900 to 1300. I may will go to church on Saturday. I’ve also been invited to Melissa’s 27th Birthday party. It starts out at like 157th & Pacific St.

That makes it a solid no at this point. She said she might go downtown, which would move it out of the no category.

Those are the three times I set to get up this morning.

Today is unday 10/20/V3.4 & it is a ‘handling booze’ before 06.15 kinda day.

I guess that tells you what time I got up, now doesn’t it?

If you had one thing to do, what would it be? Those are not the questions I ask myself.

I can do whatever I want. Even illegal, but I refrain from that behavior.

The word of the day is ennoble which is to elevate in degree, excellence, or respect; dignify; exalt.

So I’m at Village Inn eating breakfast. I wanted to be served today. It was good. I also had a 25% off coupon. I made a deal with myself. That if A happened B would happen. A didn’t happen, therefore B didn’t happen.

I don’t have much more.

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday 10/15/V3.4. Today is the 1st day of the rest of our lives.

Yesterday I finished reading Reckless: A Novel by Andrew Gross. It was a great book. It is a fictional portrayal of the Financial Crisis that affected the world. You can ask yourself, could it really have happened this way?

The word of the day is arraign which is to call or bring before a court to answer to an indictment. Who’s weekend shenanigans got them an arraignment today?

So I went to Krispy Kreme this morning. Had a couple doughnuts. Did anyone notice that it wasn’t as warm today as it was yesterday? That’s all I can say about that.

Looking forward to not doing much today. …

Well today was a rough day at work. I was super tired for since reason. In theory that means I would go to bed earlier tonight. That might happen.

Today is my short day. Just work which is over at this point in time. A couple Kudos from merchants and/or ISO’s today. I still get paid the same.

So the U.S. Government’s (Mines & Yours) had been notified that there debt might be downgraded. That means we will have to pay more UNLESS we default and don’t take on anymore debt. I’m okay with that. Spend less than we send Washington, D. C. which is fine.

Today is Monday 10/14/V3.4 & it is Jeremy’s Birthday.

So it is suppose to rain today. I’ve heard there is a 14 in 20 chance of that happening. Are you prepared?

So weekday is going on this nth week of 2013? There has been no changes to my previously announced schedule. Although with a swipe of the finger that could change.

The word of the day is solipsism which is Philosophy, the theory that only the self exists, or can be proved to exist.

I’m where I’m going to be later today. I think that was a dream, someone told me to call them. But you havemy number. You can call me.

One Day

Good Morning & Happy Saturday,

One Day you will say something.

Today is Saturday 10/12/V3.4 & it is Grain & Juice kinda day.

Didn’t Snoop Dog have a song about Grain & Juice?

Yesterday was a fun day. Thanks to everyone who made it possible. I hope you have similar people in your life as well.

Let’s see what today holds:

  • Work
  • Church is a 60% possibility
  • Home – I’m planning to watch the Bank of America 500 & listen to the University of Nebraska Omaha Hockey team on the radio.
  • The previous portion of my list is & can be changed. All you gotta do is what you know you gotta do.

The word of the day is promulgate which is to make know by open declaration; publish. Well know that is an interesting word of the day.

I was having a conversation (over facebook) with Sue about people not saying what they really want or need. Well I’m not one of those people who don’t promulgate, I promulgate all the time. I don’t have anything to promulgate right at this moment except for this blog. I hope you promulgate as well.

With all this great technology we have, do you wonder what would happen if we went back a step. None of the important stuff, ie medical life saving devices. But things that we don’t really need, i.e. Cell Phones, Laptops, Cars in (about) every home or family. Would life be simpler? Would life be complicated? Would life be better? Those are the things I think about.

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday,

WAIT, I get paid on Friday. If the Government is shutdown does that mean I don’t have to pay taxes? I’m now PRO GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN!!!

Today is Tuesday 10/01/V3.4 & it is a Brand New Month.

I’ve been on record for months that I want my U.S. Government to pass a budget. I’ll even take a non-balanced budget. But the members of Congress and the United States President couldn’t present and pass a budget. The blame lies with those 536 individuals, some are Democrat, some are Republican, Some are independent.

Now the question we ask ourselves is where we go from here. Do we start with zero based budgeting, or what they did last time this happened. It didn’t work whatever they did, it didn’t work.

The word of the day is loblolly which is a mire; mudhole.

So let’s discuss what’s on my agenda after work. … Great discussion. Cause I’ve got nothing planned.

Good Morning & Happy Friday.

The Kool-aid man is breaking down the wall today.

Today is Friday 09/27/V3.4 & I’m hitting the ground.

Okay that is a Keith Urban song, but it works for today.

I don’t know how to start this entry, cause last night was awesome. I’m also in temporary possession of balloons.

Going a little different with the ‘first’ one. Although this is our date before our previously scheduled date. That’s how we are going to do things.

After our date, I’ll go home and take a nap. Cause I’m going to Oktoberfest tonight. Brad, Jim, & others will be there. You can also come to The Crescent Moon Alehouse. It is the biggest party. I’ll have this shirt on.

Last nights Taco Ride was great. Meet new people, saw the stars.

That’s Punishable

Good Morning & Happy Monday,

What you did yesterday was punishable.

Today is Monday 08/19/V3.4 and Geology isn’t a REAL SCIENCE!

Yesterday was an amazing day, you should’ve been part of it. We got some awesome mugs from the 94th Annual St. Stans Festival. 2013-08-18 12.08.08

The organizers are still a little upset about the school closing. Apparently they didn’t understand what the Catholic church was trying to do. We talked to a guy named Juan from Crete, who was also quite personally offended. He therefore declared Lincoln the best diocese.

KMTV Action 3 News & Rebekah Rae did a story on it. I don’t know if they went live like I suggested. I was at home not watching like a good (redacted) would’ve. Speaking on that though, I concur with your master plan. LET’S MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

So it has been a good day so far. About 1 hour & 56 mins into it so far.

Spear

Good Morning & Happy Sunday,

Where is my spear?

Today is Sunday 08/11/V3.4 and have you heard of (done) the Banana Sprite Challenge?

We have work today and I might smoke some turkey legs. That’d be great wouldn’t it, and by smoke I mean grill them. I don’t have a smoke, but I could put them on a nice slow roast.

You have to eat 2 banana’s and drink a Liter of Sprite, doesn’t seem that hard. I’ve eaten 10 Cannoli’s and sure I could nail this. Just faire warning, the video I’ve seen isn’t that sexy. Lots of burping from a lady, I won’t share that. BUT it is quite quite.

So we had a good time in Lincoln yesterday, nothing too special. Although we went to T.G.I. Friday’s and I ordered dessert 1st. Like I said I would do some day on a date. It wasn’t a date perse, but it was good enough to do it MY WAY!

The word of the day is kloof which is a deep glen; ravine.

Looking forward to this week, meeting Monday & Tuesday, Work on Wednesday, Taco Ride on Thursday, nothing on Friday. I also only work IV days this week!

Today is Thursday 08/08/V3.1 and it is 233.

For everyone who came for the news of my complete breakfast. I’ll get there.

I bet you are wondering what the 233 is and how I came to it. There is math involved and it involves today’s short date. I’ll let you chew on that for a bit, if you can’t figure it out. We’ll post an answer here real soon. Sometime after the 2200 news, I’m going to make you wait. & I know you:
