Bush’s policy has caused a country to declare they have nuclear weapons, and are keeping them bc of the threat of a hostile U.S.  Why does this not surprise me, we attacked a country,a nd the other ‘Axis of Evil’ is preparing to defend itself.  AAAAHHH.
