Stupid facebook

I’ll post this & spoil It. 1 of my 99 facebook friends posted something about herself that I didn’t think was possible. Based on our friendship. I sent her a text message & apparently it was just one of those facebook games. So if you see the following status, Put a picture of a whale on their facebook timeline.

This is THE 2014 BREAST CANCER AWARENESS game. Don’t be a spoil sport, pick your poison from one of these and change your status, 1) Damn diarrhea 2) Just used my boobs to get out of a speeding ticket 3) How do you get rid of foot fungus 4) No toilet paper, goodbye socks. 5) I think I’m in love with someone, what should I do? 6)I’ve decided to stop wearing underwear 7) it’s confirmed, I’m going to be a Mommy/Daddy! 8 ) Just won $900 on a scratch card 9) I’ve just found out I’ve been cheated on the past 5 months. Post with no explanations. So sorry, I fell for it too. Looking forward to your post!

I don’t see how this will raise awareness of breast cancer. Cause no one is going to know.

Now September is Hunger Awareness Month. On Thursday September 4th you should wear orange to raise awareness about what Food Bank for the Heartland & other hunger agencies in your area are doing. My friends who work their just took the #ALSIceBucket challenge to help raise awareness of that disease. Posting a status on facebook won’t raise awareness.

September 4 Go Orange Day

Show your support for hunger awareness by going orange on September 4. Orange is the color of hunger relief, and people across America are being asked to display the color during Hunger Action Month.

More than 215,000 people in Food Bank for the Heartland’s service area are considered food insecure, which means they may not know where their next meal is coming from. Go orange on September 4 and advocate on their behalf.

Share your “Go Orange” moments on social media and tag Food Bank for the Heartland.

Thanks for reading.
