What a great day today is? Day 3 of 7 for work for the week.
Today is Wednesday 03/27/V3.3 & there’s something following me everywhere I go!
This is taken from Dodge, Farnam (300 S), & Center (1500 S). Taken before 09.30 today.
Currently at the doctor’s office for my monthly B12 shot. The one person is here, that’s never been officially mentioned on this blog. NOT that she is officially beinng mentioned on this blog. She is the one who asked me where I got my nametag.
Cause Vernon J is awesome like that.
Once we get done here, we are going back home. I haven’t finalized what I’ll do when I get there. But I’ll know when I do, cause I’ll be doing it.
Then I’ll head to work at 12.45ish or 13.15ish, I’ll also decide that when I decide it.

I was going to do this post on my way to the movies. I didn’t go to the movies, I had a change of plans.
Today is Tuesday 03/26/V3.3 & it is a great day.
I didn’t go see the movie, due to commitments to work. That I need to go to Place 4121 & Place 7007. I had to get things done. So instead of watching a movie, I took a nap. That’s how Vernon J gets things done.
So apparently Barack Obama is proud of the fact that he is the first President of the United States of America to say ‘Say Same Sex Couples Should Be Able to Get Married. He is also the first President of the United States of America to not present a budget when he is required too on at least 4 occasions. So look at this picture.
The word of the day is wrest which is to take away by force.
So I went to Definitive Vision to get my correction lenses looked at, they are rubbing on the back of my ear & need to be adjusted. They were closed until 13.30, but those are not their posted hours. I’m pretty disappointed in that behavior. Also my Sprint phone had a terrible time connecting to foursquare & ow.ly posting service.
I’ve also figured out when my new shift will be. Starting Sunday, 06/03 I’ll be working 06.00 to 15.30 Saturday – Thursday. I wanted morning shift, so I can go to my other two jobs. They had an 11:00 to 7:30 shift, but that would’ve screwed up my ability to work my 2nd & 3rd jobs.
Getting off at 15.30 actually helps, I can get to the other office by 17.00 & work till till 20.00 or 21.00. But first I get though VIII wekks of training which runs from 09.00 to 15.30. 1st shift, I hope you’ll welcome me back with open arms. We can do this.

Good Morning & Happy Wednesday Readers,
It appears that Omaha & MECA are trying to pull the wool over our eyes about loses to the Civic center.
It seems that MECA Omaha could take some of that $1.19 million from operating the three venues & cover the cost of the Civic.
That is what a good steward of the taxpayer’s would do.
I have an e-mail out & will update the posts, when I get responses from the parties contacted.

Vernon: I learned this morning from Acting finance director, Al Herenk, that there are $250,000 budgeted for 2014 to cover the anticipated costs through June, 2014, when the facility will close and he stated (and will state publicly today at the public hearing) that he thinks that number should cover the costs. Coincidentally, that is the current number budgeted with MECA. Chris

Today is unlike any other day, because there is only just one. Today is my 12,343rd day of living, my 3,079 day as an Omaha resident. I couldn’t be happier.

Vernon J was having a slice of that Triple Berry Pie, no matter if he made his bed or not.
Today is Sunday 03/24/V3.3 & it is a GREAT day.
BUT WHY, why would I want to ruin a streak of CXLI days of bed making. Although there was one down side, I bought the sugar free whipped topping. The picture/text is right on my instagram feed.
Have you visited Leavenworth St today, they posted a great analysis of the coverage by the Omaha World-Herald and recent comments/actions from the Nebraska Campaign Trail. I am critical of the media, as you should be. The story & comments make valid points. The old media, TV, Radio, & Newspapers have an opportunity to do a job of unbiased, comprehensive, reporting on stories & things that effect as as a populace.
In this day and age, they aren’t doing their job. We (bloggers, people who use twitter) have an opportunity to call them and make them better. I only mention blogs & twitter cause those are the least restrictive ways to engage. Commenting on a story from websites, is ‘subjective to editorial review’ & facebook is also subject to their terms and conditions.
Twitter allows you to post 140 (or more if you good) to their site & won’t delete it. It is also viewable to EVERYONE if you are not on a private account. My blog has only 2 terms and conditions, you are free to read, comment, & share. IF you kindly request, I’ll let you post a blog entry of your own. TRUST me when I say that all stories on their websites are subject to editorial review, I’ve been reviewed & blocked.
