The Next

Good Morning & Happy Sunday.

Every day, Every moment, we have a chance to think about the next.

Today is Sunday 07/22/V3.3.

Hearing about the victims of the senseless crimes in Aurora, makes me not want to miss our next.  I know that we can do what is necessary to give happily. WE MUST DO THAT! I’ve been living my life with that in mind for years now. The Next is really ‘our lives’ and you know I’M NOT speaking of ‘friendship’

Today I’m going to Yoga in the Park at 16.00, that is something I want to do.

The word of the day is integument which is a natural covering, as a skin, shell, or rind.

You know when you are trying to watch a video & it buffers. I don’t like that. UGH!!

Zagurski said it’s important to remember that the Colorado shooting is an isolated incident.

The public needs to give authorities time to find out what happened and work on prevention, she said.

“We shouldn’t let someone like this steal our lives from us,” she said. “If your life is going to the movies, don’t stop doing that. We need to go forward and do the things we’ve always enjoyed — and, if possible, reach out to someone when you know they’re isolated.”

The more connections people have in their lives — friends, hobbies, school, work, faith lives — the healthier they are, Zagurski said.

Violence happens, we can’t let those people who do that effect our lives. We have to do what we want to do & for me that is
