Good Morning & Happy Sunday,

Well after 1.5+ hours at Defy Gravity, I’m not sore this morning. IF you haven’t got the chance to go out there to do it. What are you waiting for, grab someone & celebrate.

Today is Sunday 06/10/V3.2 & it is the last day of the 2012 Mutual of Omaha Swimvitational. I’m working in the Printing Center – Operations today. A little different then it was on Thursday & Friday. Well a late start for sure, just at 08.00 instead of 05.30. That’s worth it.

Thanks to Brandon, Tara, Mike, Katie, Dawn, Mr. O’Rouke, Mr. Carter,Vernon J, Clint for coming out & celebrating my birthday. Good Times was had & I’m glad we I chose something different than bar & drinking.

The word of the day is mignon which is small and pretty, delicately pretty.

JUST for the record, There was an ‘incident’ last night, this is how I ‘feel’ about that.

Today I am helping Nancy & Clint pack after I take care of my business, that needs to be taken care of. Cause I’m a business taking care of kind of person.
