Late, but HERE!

Good Afternoon/Evening & Happy Thursday.

Yes this is later than my normal posting time, but I’ve had a “good” day so far.

Today is Thursday 06/07/V3.2 & we are just a day & a wake-up from MY Birthday!

My day started at (oh 00.30), but it officially started at 04.30 as that is the time my alarm was set for. I had to be down at the CenturyLink Center for the 2012 Mutual of Omaha Swimvitational. I am volunteering for that event today, tomorrow, & Sunday. I know that I start at 04.30 on Friday. I don’t know what time I start on Sunday, but maybe the same time.

So that means I will have a *subdued* celebration on Saturday NIGHT!! BUT that don’t mean it’ll be any less fun, it means I won’t have tie too many on.

The word of the day is “natch” which is of course; naturally.

After my shift at Swimvitational I went on The Morning Blend “live” on KMTV. As I am the *two-time* defending Santa Lucia Festival Cannoli Eating Contest Champion. They were doing a big promotion on the show. You can see the video here, http://www.omahamorningblend.com/videos/157821495.html
, I thought it would be less ‘appealing’ then that. Because you know I need the ladies to see me in the best light.

I then went and visited Amy (whose Birthday is Sunday 06/10/V3.3) & my former co-workers at Food Bank for the Heartland. I also ran into two of my former co-workers from The Salvation Army who were at Food Bank for the Heartland.

I then went home & took a nap.

I’m not at work & excited for (well for YOU to bring me dinner).

Enjoy your evening.

Quotes from the World for Thursday 06/07/MMXII

Opinions are not to be learned by rote, like the letters of an alphabet, or the words of a dictionary. They are conclusions to be formed, and formed by each individual in the sacred and free citadel of the mind, and there enshrined beyond the arm of law to reach, or force to shake; ay! and beyond the right of impertinent curiosity to violate, or presumptuous arrogance to threaten.
