My Evening Report

Well as of 22.30 I decided that it was a great effort & before that I asked. Could we have done anything different.

NOW I ask myself, What do we do tomorrow?

I don’t know the answer to this, but I know my name is Vernon J & it ain’t over.

  • 1st We return to work.
  • 2nd We work on the #0529 project

I had an amazing & eye opening time. I hope that the future Senator from Legislative District 9 represents the views of the people to the best of her ability. I don’t know what happens in 4 years.

I can tell you what will happen though. I will vote on November 6th for the best candidates to move Nebraska & the United States of America forward.

So all I have to do is say #smile.

P.S. Today is Tuesday 05/15/V3.2 & on Tuesday 05/22/V3.2 we will be able to shut down facebook.

Quotes from the World for Tuesday 05/15/MMXII

Sometimes you’re overwhelmed when a thing comes, and you do not realize the magnitude of the affair at that moment. When you get away from it, you wonder, did it really happen to you.

Marian Anderson
Marian Anderson (1902–1993), African American singer. As quoted in I Dream a World, by Brian Lanker (1989).

Anderson was a great contralto singer who wanted, and if not for racism probably would have had, an important operatic career. In 1955, she finally became the first African American soloist to sing at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City. Here, she was remembering that experience.
