Good Morning & ole the times we had.
So this morning I got up about 07.30. I did all the ADL’s. I was then all excited to make a Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese frosting.
Today is Sunday 02/12/V3.2.
Well I get the cake made & then make some bacon for breakfast. Apparently during the cooking of the cake, I adjusted the oven nope about 75 – degrees higher. Well the cake is now burned so I have to redo it. NOT VERY HAPPY, but that is an easy solution. I’ll just have to go to the store & get more cake stuff. Alexa will probably be very upset , as that was the gift I told her I would make IF she came to the basketball game.
I had a good night last night, in case you don’t follow me on twitter. The Lion King was on & then I went to Crescent Moon for socializing with karaoke. It was a good time & I was a good big guy.
There’s some NHL Hockey on NBC right now. I’m feeling a nap coming on as I prepare this for posting. Ah the choices I must make.
