Dr. Charles Hennekens of FAU, there were 57 studies of 900,000. 2/3rds had a BMI above 25 & 1/3rd are above 30. BUT, my BMI is 22 or 23. I’m good. You should be between 22 & 25.
Today is Friday 12/09/V3.2 & it is Kelly’s 18 month anniversary[at Food Bank for the Heartland]. She also told me it was my 1/2 birthday. I didn’t know that.
