Should anybody? NO!!

I was on a website today, let’s call it Fark.com.
I saw this headline

Woman fired for A. Stealing merchandise. B. Being rude to customers. C. Failing to wear “base, blusher, full eyes (not too heavy), lipstick, lip liner and gloss at all time and maintained discreetly”

I was interested in this subject matter.

So after reading the entire article. I was hot at Ms. Mary Elizabeth Williams.

  • Yes there are dress codes.
  • If you want to work there, you have to live by there rules.
  • Yes the company & the individual made choices.

But the audacity of Liz Jones to say

Women who feel no compunction to improve what nature bestowed upon them are, in my experience, arrogant, lazy or deluded, and frequently all three.

That is quite frankly a load of crap.  Vernon J believes that womyn are beautiful the way they are.

Any company, individual that forces a woman to add ‘make-up’ to have a job is a dog without a bag.

I hope that Melanie Stark gets gainful employment where she can use her skills & not worry about her unnatural looks.

I also hope that Liz & Mary will come to the realization that a shower with soap & water, is a perfectly acceptable form of beauty.

Quotes from the World for Thursday 07/07/V3.2

The man who would change the name of Arkansas is the original, iron-jawed, brass-mouthed, copper-bellied corpse-maker from the wilds of the Ozarks! He is the man they call Sudden Death and General Desolation! Sired by a hurricane, dam’d by an earthquake, half-brother to the cholera, nearly related to the smallpox on his mother’s side!

Administration in the State of Arka
Administration in the State of Arka, U.S. public relief program (1935-1943). Part of a long soliloquy (Change the Name of Arkansas) variously attributed and known in various forms; Mark Twain, in Life on the Mississippi, includes a version very close to this. Arkansas: A Guide to the State (The WPA Guide to Arkansas), p. 110, in “Literature,” Hastings House (1941).

Poor 1st year law student.

Good Morning & Happy Thursday!!!

Today is Thursday 07/07/V3.2 & its a great day to kiss.

CBS Marketwatch is reporting that law students 1st paycheck will be lower than they expect.  They are only going to make $104,000, oh whoa is me.

Today is Performance I for the MMXI Jazz on the Green season.  Tonight’s band is Tempo Libre, no they don’t have a website.  The show starts at 19.00 & the venue opens at 17.00.  NO I have no clue what that means since Turner Park is kinda open allready at like 06.00.

Today is also Thursday, which means its laundry day.  So I don’t know if I’m going to be going to Jazz on the Green, but if you can think of a good reason I should be going.  Give me a call at 402-516-4401 & I’ll do my best to make it happen.

I’m having a chicken dish for dinner*, also going to ride my bike home from work.  Maybe put in an extra XXV miles to help get ‘us’ to that Century mark today.

The word of the day is futilitarian which is believing that human hopes are vain and unjustified.

Have a terrific Thursday & I still love you.
