Day V of Vacation MMXI

Today is Day V of the vacation of the year.

Today has been a short day, it continued at about 11:00.

I went sandbagging at the park today.

We got a few bags taken care of about 2.75 hours out there.

I’m glad I could do my part. I hope all my friends in Omaha are okay.

USA vs Guadeloupe

Vernon J was there for the goal.

On Tuesday 06/14/V3.1 Vernon J was in Kansas City to see the USA National Men’s Soccer team defeat Guadeloupe.

Took a nice road trip down to see the game, it was worth the time I spent.  Met new people, saw previously met people.

Timing is everything, this picture was snapped right before the goal was scored.

 

I had a good time, I’m glad that I was invited along & went.

It’s 11 hours in…

Good Morning & Happy Wednesday.

Its 11:33 & I’m rising to the challenge of the day.  Yes I was up for the 1st 3 hours of the day, but than proceeded to get my 8 hours of sleep in.  Yes I know some of you were just starting the day.  But I went out of town & that’s what time I got back.  Any Questions?

Today on Day of MMXI Vacation. I plan to go the library today.  I’m going to ride by bike there.  I know its a tough road, but someone’s gotta do it.  I’m also going to upload some pictures from like Sunday or something.

I didn’t take my good camera to Kansas City, so I’ll have to post pictures from my phone.  YES I am very sorry, but I am perfect.

The word of the day is crotchet which is An odd fancy or whimsical notion.
