prepuce tassel is I looked up ‘prepuce tassel’ and it’s apparently some sort of tuft of hair that hangs from the foreskin (got this from the same google entry and not opening up any of the files – I’m so thorough in my research). My apologies to the guy who designed the plate – my previous comments were made without the proper information. Of course a prepuce tassel has to have hair…..my faux pas. thanks to MINE for the info.
